These Terms and various other policies are binding as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.

In these Terms, references to "you", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website, "Service Providers" mean independent third party service providers, and "we", "us" and "our" shall mean MAHARASHTRA WATCH CO. & OPTICS and its affiliates.

a) The domain name www.maharashtrawatchco.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by MAHARASHTRA WATCH CO. & OPTICS a limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with its registered office at Coffee House Building, W High Court Rd, Gokulpeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010.

b) The Website is an electronic platform in the form of an electronic marketplace and an intermediary that (a) provides a platform for Users (who are sellers) to advertise, exhibit, make available and offer to sell various Products to other Users (who are buyers / customers), and (b) a platform for such other Users to accept the offer to sell of the Products made by the sellers on the Website and to make payments to the sellers for purchase of the Products, and (c) services to facilitate the engagement of buyers and sellers to enter into commerce on the Website, and (d) such other services as are incidental and ancillary thereto. The Services are offered to the Users through various modes that may include issue of coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various Products.

c) Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. MAHARASHTRA WATCH CO. & OPTICS at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

This is especially applicable to all our handicraft and handloom products, which are meticulously handmade by artisan’s one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in shape, size and color from one item to the other. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Therefore, the Product pictures on MAHARASHTRA WATCH CO. & OPTICS may not be identical to the Product that you receive. 

9. Intellectual Property Rights, Logos and Service Marks:
